Might be the wrong place but, is there a way to turn on the
green light that shows near a member when they are online thanks
Also is it possible to give one member longer editing powers

Under Admin -> Features and Options -> Layout
"Show online/offline in posts and PMs "
The only way to give one member editing powers is to create a
new membergroup and give that group permissions then assign that
member to the group
