You can't change the url but you can change the name of your
Forum under Forum Settings

Hi, I've searched and searched but I can't find "Forum
settings".
In Admin, under Forum (which isn't a link) there's links to
Boards, Posts and Topics, Search, Smileys...and Attachment and
Avatars. Where are the settings please?
