None Of The Editing Features Are Working..

Features like, centering text, underlining, bold letter, font
sizing, text color changing, smilies, etc., are not working..

I just realized that none of these features work when I am using
my regular Microsoft Edge browser.. They only work in Chrome..
Any idea how I can get these features to work with Microsoft
Edge ?
