       Frozen Board Name obstructs any changes

       When opening ‘Boards’ to make changes get this message in
       picture. Where is ‘Find and Repair Errors’? Looked thru all the
       administrators commands... do not find such a title.

       Admin -> Maintenance -> Forum Maintenance
       Then click on "Find and repair any errors." link
