I created a forum on this site. Now my question is, how to hide
an forum discussion from everyone except the moderator ?

The entire board or a specific topics?
For board go to admin -> board and edit the board you can set
then which groups can see the board.

is it also possible that when i create a post, it is invisible ?

I don't think you can do that for a specific Topic you can only
hid the board by selecting which member groups can view it.
