Cannot find menu icons to replace

Hi,
I'm trying to replace the menu icons (e.g. search, admin,
moderate etc., as per the attached screenshot) but I cannot find
them listed under customize images. For example, the search
icon

/>[/size]is not listed there. Can you please advise where I can
find it so I can replace it?

We have to add a setting to change those out still.
