Is there a way to get pictures posted by members such as the
same as Today's Posts?

You can use the listall block from the gallery. Then create a
custom button and link to that link.
That will get close to what that function does.

I can not figure out Listall block? Is the command in the
Gallery Configuration. Give me a step to get started.
