How much (disk) space do you have for a free forum?

I just created a forum (quick) to test the engine, and one thing
is not clear to me. How much disk space do I hev available for a
free account?

No limit number of posts/topics/members/bandwidth
Attachment space is 20mb which can be upgraded.

Gallery is also set to 20mb.
So you get a total of 20mb for photos
20MB for attachments.
Total of 40mb.
We are not really mean for large scale file hosting. But you can
buy attachments upgrades from 100mb to 1gig and they are
stackable.

i understand.For me I'm looking fo a good environment for the
Fandom site. And with the fandom site I mean a huge site with
hundreds of thousands of entries. First the entries of
fanfiction of several fandoms (like x-men, Superman, Harry
Potter, Hunger Games, etc.
And with Fandom, we're talking about fics (short story and
description of fanfiction somewhere on the Internet with the
hyperlink), authors section, who publish their stories (for
online reading and as attachment) and of course the fandom art.
Pity is that.

For that kind scale you most free hosts might be limiting I
would look into a hosting account with a forum software.

Yes, they tried to buy me out as well. I said no. But we do
support the tapatalk app.
Space costs money and there is only so much space on a server
before you have to buy more hardware. And also causes backups to
take longer.
