       Date and Time modifier!

       There should be an ADMIN right to change the display of post
       date & time on the forum. We can change comment numbers for
       users, so Admins should be able to change post date/time. That
       would be a really useful perk for me.

       You can under Administration Center »Features and Options
       »General
       Then modify the Default Time Format

       Thank you for your reply. I am NOT trying to modify the time
       format (like MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YYYY) or stuff like that. I want
       to modify the DATE itself.
       So if I post now, it will show 2019-09-11 12:37pm (PST). But as
       Admin I want to modify it to whatever I set ... like -5 years
       (so the post will show up as: 2014-09-11 12:37pm PST)
