bar when locking

Hello, I have a suggestion. I asked about this a while ago if
this was a feature and it wasn’t, so I will suggest it here!
I suggest that we add this bar like thingy below (and possibly
on top too) [attach=1]
At a locked thread.
Why?
Currently, the only sign showing us that a thread is locked is
the fact that the “reply” button is gone. With this, we can
easily see that a thread is locked.I have seen this feature at
similar forums and it would be really cool if it can be added
here. :)
