Everyone knows that it's made from SMF but SMF has a feature in
which we can change message icons to custom icons so enable it
here too

You can change the graphics under Admin -> Style Manager ->
Customize Images

Custom icons you can search online.
Making your own I think Paint or Photoshop

mark a topic like these icons.? (Solved,banned etc...)That forum

When I click on enable customized message icons,then click
save,it doesn't directs me to any page.

Yes cause it is disabled.
You can replace images under admin -> style manager -> customize
images.

Disabled right now that feature for reasons. I will remove that
checkbox to avoid confusion.
