I tried to change themes but I changed unfortunately to a wrong
theme. Can you tell me how to change to the theme like this
forum has?

Admin -> Style Manager
Then select the default theme in the style picker.

I selected to defult and clicked pick style.But when I see some
new posts, it marks on post "New" like

Don't know what to do. I checked in images but idk what to do to
