Lock Login and Registeration

How to not allow guests to access forum? Guests must allowed to
Register first to access forum. Please tell me how to do this.I
really want to have this type of feature.

We have a private board upgrade feature found under upgrades.

I also have private boards.But please add a Registration first
feature for guests to view forum

Yeah that is what the private board upgrade does. Requires
registration to view any part of the forum. Found in the
upgrades section

No, paid since free forums depend on ads. And private forums
don't' work well for ad revenue.
