Registration Error

Several of my members seen this upon registration, even when
successfully registering:
An Error Has Occurred!
cURL error (3): URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL
How can I prevent this? What causes it?

P.S. I tried to search for registration errors but clicking on
any individual item listed took me to a general area for support

Fixed was issue with discord no url set.
