how to create image under the body of the forum?
so far i can only do that under header and footer.

You can maybe use ezportal in the admin area.
Use a top block/column in the system add add a bbc block/html
block

I am not familiar with this ezportal.
Can you return the forum back to the usual setting.
hence remove ezportal
