Would you please help about private thread!

I am an Admin of a forum. I would like to set up a thread for
only invited people can participate (view, reply...) others can
not see the content. Is there any option that I can create a
thread like that in my forum.

There is not an option. you can do a is a private board then add
members to a special group.

Would you please show me how to create and add members to a
special group? Other Admin or Global Moderators still can see
that private board?

Admin -> Membergroups -> add membergroup.
