What does advert credit mean to a forum creator please

I intend to upgrade my forum created with you. Please explain to
me why I need advertising credits monthly.
Also help to explain other options.
The site too is not mobile phone friendly; how do I upgrade this
as well please.

A credit is used for each page view.
You can either buy them one time or monthly. Monthly package is
cheaper
We also support tapatalk mobile app. You can add your forum to
that if you do not like our mobile theme.

I still don't understand. Do I pay for page views? How do I
then get my Google AdSense Adverts display on my forum or do I
earn fromyour adverts displayed?

Yes you pay for page views otherwise ads will be shown. If you
have the ultimate plan you get unlimited page views and can then
also place your own ads
