       "Who Changed My Karma?"  And Why?

       Hi!  On our old SMF-based forum (not a Create A Forum forum),
       when we gave karma, it took us to a field to enter the reason
       for the karma change.  When you clicked "submit," it took you
       back to the post you were viewing.
       We also the ability to see who changed our karma and on what
       post, and whose karma we had changed.   When we received karma,
       we got a PM from the system notifying us of Karma received; it
       had a link to our karma log and a link to the post on which
       karma was changed.
       Could we have that feature, please?  It would be reallynice to
       know who changed our karma and why.  Thanks!
