You would need to create another membergroup for them. I
believe.
Board level moderators are not shown as a title

Why is regular Moderator Group got greyed out ? We could not
assign that function to designated member

Where do I find Privileges for each Group such as Admin, Global
Moderator ?

Admin's have all rights.
Global Moderators can moderate any board.

So, I need them to be just Moderator, not Global, but that
option is disabled, please help

Moderator just do like had before add them to a board in the
admin area

So when I click on the question mark next to Moderator group, it
gave me the definition for that group. It should be preset
group for us to select, but we don't have access to it. Why ?

It's own when you assign a member on board as a moderator. Not a
real group
