With English setting ( let's call this BEFORE),
we typed Vietnamese in a different template and pasted into
thread, this is what we see with English language selected (I
will switch to Vietnamese setting and take another screenshot)

After you figure that out :D, next question is: after I select
Vietnamese in language drop down menu, how do we type in
Vietnamese directly here ? Right now, we type it in other apps
and copy / paste :D
