Forum disappeared after installing new language package

Hello Tech Support,
I just bought language package.
After selecting the language and click "Save", the forum
disappeared. This is what I got now:

One of our admins doesn't want to see Vietnamese on headings for
now

I think you can do it the admin area go to languages and choose
english.

See picture. You can set default language and turn off the
option for users to select a language.

Admin functions are disabled. When can we get it back so I can
set language ?
