Help please.

My forum is fully created. I have one member, and they complain
to me that my website is Not open. So I go back, check my
account and try to open it. There is no button that says
"[move]Open Forum[/move]". Can you tell me how,
[shadow=red,left]

What does he mean by open? Anyone can access your forum unless
you have it on maintenance or it has been shut down. So unless
either of those happen to you, you have it up and running.
