Getting reports of white outs on my forum

Not suffering them myself so don't even know what it means.

I've noticed when the white outs happen and you try and
reload the page that at the bottom left of the screen it seems
to have something to do with "bigestsafe.com" - which I've
Google searched and lots of Malware related search results come
back. The line I get is often: "Waiting for
bigestsafe.com".

My guess if it is a script on your site. Something you added to
your headers or footers. Any kind of javascript.

I commented out all my headers and footers on the site and am
still getting the problem.
I haven't changed the layout in months, and we never used to see
this problem.
One of the people on my site, who understands these things
better than me, sent me this information (but it means nothing
to me)

Do you have any strange bbc code on that page? I am trying to
think what would cause it. I see a timeout/memory issue in my

It's always when attempting to go to the
HTML https://comeallwithin.createaforum.com/general-discussion
page.
No other page has been reported.
I changed it originally to make the colours more "Harlequins",
but I've made no changes to the headers/footers or layout in
months. I occasionally change the .jpg displayed for the forum
but that's it. As I said, I turned off the headers/footers and
the problem was still there.
Someone suggested that it might be something malformed in the
advert stream, which is why I wasn't getting the issue using
edge but was using chrome. Someone else said, not surprisingly,
they weren't getting the issue when using the WAP version. But
if it was the advert stream, surely more people would be
complaining?
I have been unable to make to make this reproducible on demand,
and I know that's the first step to being able to solve an IT
support problem.
Right now, as far as I'm concerned, there is no problem, I
refresh the page over and over and every time it works
perfectly. I'll try and check it tomorrow against number of
people using the site and see if there's any correlation.
Sorry, i know that's not a huge amount of help. but I'll keep
trying to find what happens when we get this.
Thanks.

People are now claiming that it is the "/" on the end of
HTML https://comeallwithin.createaforum.com/general-discussion/
that
is causing the problem.
They claim
HTML https://comeallwithin.createaforum.com/general-discussion
gives
no issue.
Can that possibly be true? I've given a couple of links myself
without the "/" on the end, but can I remove it from the
