HELP WITH SCM MUSIC PLAYER PLEASE

can anyone give me a SIMPLE step by step ,on how to add the scm
music player on my website -i tried adding it to the header
--the whole website disappears --then the scm music player help
says if that doesnt work -do this [img

You can either use ezportal and place in a bottom or top
ezblock html block
Or you can use admin -> style manager -> Header/Footers
i cant see to find that option either --THANK YOU FOR

when i said beginner , i meant pre-kindergarten --i have no idea
of what any of the terminology means --i usually call someone i
know to help me --but my go to friends / relatives said they
couldnt figure it out either--i will post what code the player
gave me --i have no idea what a tag is --this is the code (?) i
got --

i see a clip i downloaded from soundcloud is in the code (?) to
see if it would work . it let me download the clip-i just have
no idea how to embed it in my site --
