       help i lost my forum

       I was trying to download the mp3 player (see below ) added this
       script to header and footer and lost my whole forum --unable to
       logon to undo --i am a beginner and have no idea how to restore

       it told me to enter this code into the header -footer  i did but
       the whole site went blank --called friends and they are unable
       to log on -i cannot get back to the header -footer ----ps i am
       such a beginner i dont even know what a header footer is --
