Looking for a "click to reveal/hide"
I feel silly because I think it's simple but can't figure it
out. See pic below on top right for what I'm looking for. (The
URL looks ugly and has too many characters so I want a cleaner
look)

We have a spoiler bbc code which can hide content in posts just
put in tags and content

Is there a way to edit to where it doesn't say "spoiler" and can
manually type "click here"?
