hmmm i uploaded the file and then grabbed the link it provided
and changed out the link but no change,
what did i do wrong?

well that link doesnt seem to tobe any good.funny i checked it
in the file manager and it works fine.

Fixed the link! I had the wrong one listed in the style editor
page.
Also updated your style for your. You might have to do a hard
refresh/clear cache

Its updated in file manager so it should be the correct one now.
