Karma Questions

Is there anyway, as an admin, to view which users vote and what
they vote in the Karma feature?
Also, is there away to include a "Thank You" button for users to
utilize for a post they'd like to "thank"? (Would be publicly
viewable).

Not at the moment for either but could be a good feature
request.
We do have a like button with the awesome post rating system
which is enabled under Admin -> Post Topic Settings

yes under their profile go to forum profile
