       Hi All just started my forum after a 20 year break from web
       development I am trying to set one of my boards so only the
       group "TESTERS" and myself can post in it but all visitors can
       view said board any help would be much appreciated.

       Under Admin -> Boards.
       Modify the board.
       Then choose under access what groups can view it.
