Issue with messages disappearing

hi,one of our members is complaining that when she writes a post
- when she presses enter/return she is losing her message
she is using chrome to access the siteand says it happens in two
forum areas more than othersany ideas on what could be going on
with that and what might help?thanks :)

Haven't heard that before. What does her message contain?

i've had another member say she uses chrome and isn't getting
the isssue so i'm not really sure what to do or how to fix
itapparently it's also happening even without pressing the post
button --- she writes a few words and then her post vanishes
before pressing anything ... and yet she is fine with writing on
other forums and i can't see anything different in the settings
was hoping someone else had come across it to see what might
help
