       How do I get my header to fit all the way around..

       I have a question, I have a header up, but it's not fitting
       right and I'm not sure why. Here's my forum as you can see
       there's still a little bit up at the top that needs to be
       covered by the banner and I don't know how to fix it. I don't
       know if I have to resize the banner or something else.
