So what should I do? They must of put this website up late sat
or sun? Did you google? You can see they have it up and
running but did not contact me? I'm lost as what to do?

Well if you do not need the site at all I would contact them for
a refund saying it was not what you actually needed but that you
need a forum instead.

Ok will they allow me to keep the domain? Because obvious they
must of set it up late sat or today. I will advise you Monday
when I speak to them. So the domain is connected to this forum
or just the website? I don't want to make any moves and mess
anything up?

The .net domain that I bought is connected to this forum.
You might be able redirect the web.com .com domain to your forum
as well.

I'll call them Monday and see what's going on? For what I want
to do I just can't see how the website will help me? Now that
you set up the domain? They won't be able to set it up? Is that
correct? They have to tell me it's not available? Because they
told me it was available.

They setup .com your forum has .net version of domain. You could
have both. It really depends on your goals.

If you don't need a general website you can close the web.com
then redirect .com to .net forum.
