My sponsors may not all pay through paypal. Some are personal
friends. So I may not need paypal for awhile. Got to get
things running. I'm not sure how much they charge?

With which part? The domain may take 24hours to 48 hours to
appear if you have a cache. But I can see it already on my end
and can visit your site.
