This Stuff is all New to me?

I have a few questions. I'm in the process of having web.com
make me a website. My problem is I only wanted to build a forum
like the one here. They told me I needed a website? So I
purchased one and the domain. They charged me 119.00 for
central hosting for a year, 331.00 billed every 4 months for the
website? I don't have a business and no physical address. I
just wanted to start a message forum with a few sponsors? Are
they raking me over the coals
2. How do I enabled images and allow members to post images? I
purchased an upgrade for 20.00.
3. How do I make banners for my sponsors? Do I have to
purchase another program for this?
I apologize for all the questions, but this is all new to me.

If you just need a forum you don't need a website/hosting from
that at all. I would ask for a refund for that. A domain name
costs around $10 a year.
2. Users can upload attachments with the free plan with have I
belive a 25mb limit for attach space. But that can be expanded
as needed.
3. To make custom banner graphics that requires a program or
someone with design skills to do so. I do AdSeller pro built in
the ultimate plan

Ok, questions? So is it good for me to at keep the domain?
Can you supply me with everything I requested? If so I rather
stick here? Thy told me my domain name is
Road2HardCoreIron.net, It's been 8 days and it is not showing
up?
2. How do I set things up so that people can look my
(Roadt2hardcoreiron) and it brings them to my page? I'm on
facebook but I need to be available google and the other
avenues?
3. What are the prices to up grade for upgrade for images?
Also what do you charge for banners? Not sure I'm using correct
wording?
4. I was afraid to buy the host here because web.com said they
were doing it and I didn't want to confuse things. I will
cancel with the Monday, if you provide the services I need here?

Create a forum are you familiar with the privacy protection for
the hosting I think?

They didn't buy the domain yet you can buy the domain at
godaddy.com for 12.99 plus I think $5 for privacy protection.
After that just point the nameservers to ns1.createaforum.com
and ns2.createaforum.com then in createaforum go to admin ->
domain manager use that to park the domain
If you want to sell advertisement space that requires the
ultimate plan at $20 a month then includes our adselling
software.

You have the the right package I just checked ULTIMATE which
includes all our features and zero ads.

I emailed you an invoice for the domain to get started. Later on
if you want SSL/secure site let me know as well that is also
listed on upgrades.
I can have your domain name up and running tonight on your
forum.

refund me? Shoot me info and I will paypal now. Could you ad
