Help please with finding the right spot!!

Can someone please point me to where the box is to INSTALL
THEME!! I am going to:
ADMIN>LAYOUT SETTINGS>THEME AND LAYOUT SETTINGS>MANAGE AND
INSTALL>
and this is all i am getting, with no option at all to install.
Do i need to change my current theme or what do i need to do to
install a new theme please?

Also there is another problem i can't find a post with a reply
to. The new post/no new post icons on my forum are all showing
hearts when i delete the custom images. Can someone please give
the proper code to put them back to default, and the location
where that code needs to go in the style sheet? i don't know
what that element would be called....

You can change themes under Admin -> Style Manager
Also you can fix the images as well under Admin -> Style Manager
-> Customize images
If you make it blank the system will use the default images.
