       How often do you guys backup?

       Long story short, I removed everything because we were closing
       the forum down, but then things changed so now we want it back
       again.
       Therefore if it is not too late and already been overwritten, do
       you have a backup from 7th Feb or before?
       I removed everything yesterday (8th Feb) so I'm hoping there's a
       back up we can resort to?
       If you could let me know asap :)

       No, I do backups once a month around the 1st of a month. Only to
       be used in emergency if the entire the forum system goes down as
       it takes days to extra all the files to recover.
