Profile + News Colour Change help

So I'm using my old forum (click here

as a place to test themes
so that I can come up with something better for my newer forum

and I've come
across a problem.
So if you look to the to right, you can't see the "news" title
very well due to the colour of the font The same goes for the
username and membergroup stuff when you go into someone's
profile (see attachment). I wanna change the font colour but
idk where to find right thing when I'm modifying the theme. I
did have a look for something in older posts but the only one I
found didn't work (if I skipped over something that can answer
my question in this board then my bad but thanks for reading
anyway).
