Information when sites not available.

All of the createaforum sites have been unavailable this morning
(GMT) is there a facebook or twitter feed that gives
information. I have received a lot of emails asking me why the
forum is down. The only answer I could give was " I have no
idea"
They are back now so not as serious as I feared.

There is a facebook and twitter. But it would be useless as I
was sleeping.
I did not see any alerts that it was down. What part was down?

Everything, it may just have been from the UK but all the
createaforum sites timed out. I did a google search and none of
them could be reached. I tried

/>and it showed everything was OK.

Hmm will add some monitoring for the UK/europe might have been a
network routing issue somewhere.

Yes, Create A Forum was down for United Kingdom Users this
morning, UTC. Possibly other countries mearby as well. I was
able to get on Create A Forum forums fine on a United States IP
(VPN) when this issue was occuring, so it was clearly down for
certain areas only. Hopefully this can be looked into as soon as
possible.

Odd yeah. If that happens again let me know if any other US
based sites go offline. Our internet is supposed to be on
multiple isps to prevent issues like that from occurring.
