Hi,
I just signed up to the ultimate plan and would like to remove
the chatroom entirely so member can't use it, how do I do this?

Go to Admin -> Addons
Then check hide chat tab

I have tried that, i click hide the chat tab, then click install
addons and it doesn't work, i've also tried just clicking it and
that doesn't work either,

What's your forum url?
It worked ok on my site site the hide chat option.

currently it's www.unimog.club, but i can't remember the create
a forum original, if you need it I can look to see where the
unimog.club url is pointing
