        Attachment size

       For years I have been able to control the size of Attachments
       and KB size posted. Now all of a sudden it is stuck on 5120KB
       and wont let me set the setting smaller. Why?

       Then save it to a smaller KB size. It reverts right back to
       5120KB per pic. I dont want 5120KB.   Heck I dont use that for
       the total attachments in post.

       Decided I will disable attachment use for members and wont buy
       anymore attachment space till we figure out why I cant adjust my
       own setting back down again.
