Video Embedding Issues

This does not work for me. Either my forum is broken or I'm
missing something that "turns" this option on. I have copy/paste
the URL from both the Address bar up top as well as the Share
Button on YouTube and in both cases all I get is a link leading
back to YouTube.
I also tried using the YouTube embed code as well to no avail.
Please help.

No sooner did I hit send that I figured out what was happening
on my end. At other forums when I embed and click preview to see
how ever thing looks before hitting post, the Video also
displays. But on this Forum sight when I hit preview it only
displays the link rather than the video itself.

I tried using 3 different videos from YouTube and none would
preview prior to hitting Post.
