       On November 1, 2016, Amazon removed the General Help Forums from
       all of their sites worldwide.  There was no explanation and no
       one really knows why.  Many of the customers who voluntarily
       provided help and support to hundreds of posts daily decided to
       start our own replacement.  We know it will take a while to
       build a Q&A base and become more searchable.
       Guests can post questions without registering, but inappropriate
       posts will be removed.
