Question on in-post ad links.

Does this site do anything with Vigilink in relation to site
visitors from outside the US? I'm getting some reports of some
links appearing to be altered, but only by overseas members and
only on certain URLs.

Yes it does viglink is used.

But would it only affect foreign visitors? Not those posting
from the US?
What's confusing is that only foreign visitors are getting it
and only if they post links to foreign sites.
