It seems that I have to ask every month - does anyone else have

I made a change will see it helps. I haven't heard of any other

Sadly, not! This months haven't been added, and were paid by DD
on 9 August. Could you please do the usual for me? Thanks.

Could you add my credits, again, please? I am wondering if I am
the only person who doesn't get their credits added
automatically when paying a monthly subscription. I never read
any such requests from others.
