If your an Administrator go to their Profile

and the go under their
Account Settings

click the
Primary group and select Moderator and then save their Profile

Hello , Kumael If you want to edit Any Member to Moderator Then
Do this following :
(His/Her)Profile > Account Settings > Primary Membergroups >
Choose Moderator > Done
No Need Video it's Simple to do
