#1: Can I have the ability to have people upload own flash games
to be playable?

own flash games?
#4: How much data per file is uploadable maximum?
#5: How much data altogether is uploadable with absolutely
(unrestrictedly) all files on the message board?
#6: Can people discuss how to get legal ROMs (Read Only
Memories), legal ROM (Read Only Memory), and other legal
software as long as safe?
#7: Is linking to legal ROM websites permitted?
#8: Is linking to legal emulator websites permitted?
#9: Is it possible to have a guest upload/play/both a flash
game?
#10: Is it possible to have an HTML5 game playable on this
message board?
#11: Will the administrator be ever truly able to make up to an
unlimited amount of data per file uploadable (I Jason suggest
yes please)?
