The ezPortal shoutbox is still there that is staying the same
but if you want a different shoutbox and chatroom

Is there a way of making the shoutbox harder for people to use
if they are trying to use somebody's photos and videos without
their permission?
I just think that some people on a particular forum that i've
had issues with in the past need to stop accessing my photos and
videos without my permission.

I don't use in but.
You could only give access to say a VIP group people who have
earnt the right to use it
I do this with some of my downloads I created a group called DD
Aproved and only allowed theM download privileges on some
downloads.
