Problem: White Screen

I have been receiving a few complaints from some of my members
regarding *white screens*. I myself have not seen this white
screen, because I myself do not post that often on my board. I
take requests for chatroom/Graphic Board AVs and also post
Countdown Auctions for such AVs. My members who are complaining
tell me that they get this white screen after posting constantly
for a while. Then they either have to refresh the board or
completely leave the board and log back in so they can continue
with what they were doing. I asked what they were
using...Desktop or Mobile Devices. They are using Desktops.
I was hoping that I could find a solution to this problem by
using the Search Feature on here, but I could not find anything
regarding my problem.
Any solutions or ideas? This is my board's link.....

I just found a post regarding a Blank White Post....I read it
but I could not figure out if it would help me.

I have had that happen to me as well. I am not sure of the cause
unfortunately. I have tried looking into it in the past but
can't cause the extract conditions to recreate the issue.

I think we had reported this a few months back...seems it always
happened at BBF during heavy usage periods...

Just looked, the title of the thread was "Database Issue,
maybe?" and was back in October 2015...

So far I have not received anymore complaints....BUT last night
I again posted 15 Countdown Auctions and evidently this is where
the problem is occurring. I will keep a watch on that category
and see if I get any complaints this go round.
