       URL differences in forum

       Somethings changed on the forum.  Not sure if there was an
       update to the forum software, but there's clearly something
       happening.
       Using both Chrome and Firefox, I experience the same issue.
       I've not had any problems, nor have I made any changes to the
       forum layout/css in quite some time.
       If I go to
  HTML http://tanktalk.createaforum.com/index.php
       The boards are squished together.
       Yet, when I visit
  HTML http://tanktalk.createaforum.com/index.php?action=forum
       The forum boards are displayed as they normally are.  As they
       were once displayed on the index.php page.
       Any ideas why this has recently happened?
