       New Category not Being Displayed

       Just joined today trying to set up my forum.  When I create a
       new category it is not being displayed on the home page, ony the
       default category.  I cannot find any help on this topic.

       In order for the category to appear you must have boards under
       that category otherwise it will not appear on the page.
